Ryanair has opened
three new routes to Malta International Airport
from London Luton, Pisa and Dublin. According to the budget airline, the
opening of these routes is a direct response to the Maltese Government’s initiative
to attract low fare airlines to the island.
On a year round
basis, Ryanair plans to provide a daily service from London Luton starting on
the 31st of October 2006, a three times weekly service from Pisa starting on
the 31st of October 2006 and a three times weekly service from Dublin beginning
the 9th of February 2007. Fares to these destinations are priced at £30,
inclusive of taxes.
