GNER implements new WiFi tariff scheme

The Great North Eastern Railway (GNER) is now offering unlimited 24-hour wireless Internet access to its customers.

According to the train operator, the cost of logging on for 30 minutes, 60 minutes and 120 minutes remain unchanged at £2.95, £4.95 and $7.95. For £9.95, Standard Class passengers can benefit from unlimited 24-hour access. GNER says WiFi access remains free to all passengers traveling in First Class and in its First Class Lounges.
