Demon ADSL services to reach up to 8Mbps

UK ISP Demon has announced that it will be offering free download speed upgrades of up to 8Mbps, and improved upload speeds of up to 832Kbps, to current and new customers.
Demon says pricing for the new Home, Home Office and Business Broadband services will remain the same. Meanwhile, Express Solo / Total / Mac, Home and HomeOffice customers will automatically be upgraded to the new 8Mbps services, while customers who use Demon’s Business Broadband services will benefit from speeds up to four times faster than their current service at no extra charge.
