PlusNet is
marketing a new Broadband PAYG Basic service for £9.99 per month. Aimed at
light usage customers, this 8Mbps broadband package allows clients to
seamlessly upgrade to PlusNet’s standard Broadband PAYG product as their usage
requirements grow. Broadband Basic comes with a one month contract commitment
only.
“This product
allows customers to have access to a high quality broadband experience, an
important factor given the reality of other low priced or even free broadband
products. Some of these services would not enable customers to take advantage
of convergent applications such as online gaming, ipTV and Voice over Internet
Protocol,” said Neil Armstrong , PlusNet’s Marketing Director, said.
